Question 1

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Send an inquiry through this form or WhatsApp. We reply with a plan and a quote, you confirm, and the trip is booked. No forms beyond this one.

Question 2

Do I pay online?

Accepted Answer

No. We take no payment online. Once you confirm, we agree the payment method that suits you - most guests pay a small advance by transfer and the balance on arrival.

Question 3

Can tours be customised?

Accepted Answer

Every tour on this site can be adjusted - dates, pace, hotels, and stops. We also build routes from scratch; tell us what you want to see.

Question 4

What license do I need to self-drive?

Accepted Answer

A valid license from your home country plus a Sri Lankan recognition permit. We arrange the permit for you before arrival - you just send us a photo of your license.

Question 5

Do you arrange airport pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any hour. Pickup is included on multi-day tours and available as an add-on for vehicle rentals.
