Bookings & inquiries
All bookings with Infinity Travel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd begin as inquiries - by WhatsApp, email, or the inquiry form on this site. Sending an inquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
No booking exists until we confirm availability, send you a written quote, and you accept it. The confirmation we send - naming the dates, the services included, and the price - is the record of your booking, and it takes precedence over anything written on this website. Each quote states how long it stays valid and what it does and does not include.
Payments
No payment is taken through this website. There is no checkout, and we never ask for card details in a form or a chat message.
How much is paid, when, and by what method is agreed in writing before your trip is confirmed. Tour prices on this site are quoted in United States Dollars and vehicle rental rates in Sri Lankan Rupees; the currency that applies to your booking is the one stated on your quote.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and change terms are set out on the quote for your trip, because they depend on the season, the hotels, and the suppliers involved. Please read them before you accept a quote, and ask us if anything is unclear.
Weather, road conditions, and events outside our control can force a change to an itinerary. Where that happens we will offer the closest equivalent we can arrange and talk it through with you first.
Vehicle rental conditions
Each vehicle page lists the conditions that apply to that vehicle - the daily rate, the included mileage, the deposit, and the minimum driver age. Those conditions, as repeated on your rental agreement, are the ones that apply.
Self-drive rentals require a valid driving licence from your home country together with the Sri Lankan recognition permit; tell us early so there is time to sort it out. Vehicles are handed over and returned with the same fuel level, and any damage is assessed against the condition record taken at handover.
Liability
The insurance cover that applies to a vehicle or a tour - including what the excess is and what is excluded - is stated in the written confirmation for that booking. Ask us for it in writing before you travel if you have not received it.
Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for a booking is limited to the value of the services you booked with us. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party suppliers acting outside our instructions, or by events beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical cover, for every traveller.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo - except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you rights you cannot contract out of.
We may update these terms; the version in force for your booking is the one published when you accepted your quote. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book.
